Our January Mantra is: Feedback is a Gift- Accept It!
We are receiving specific feedback from our teachers and are learning to give and receive specific feedback from each other.  

We are editors! We have been sharing our work with our writing partner.  In writing we listen to our partner and then we give them specific feedback- what they did well from our checklist and what they can improve.   

In reading we work together to share our thinking.  We find important details, look for chunks in words, use and discuss strategies, and discuss the book. 

In math we work together to discuss how we solved the story problem and how we showed our thinking.   

We always have an opportunity to revise our work and that is where the power lies!
